My vast knowledge of real estate draws upon my 12 years managing a 13-acre commercial property, serving as Vice President of Charles G. Johnston, Inc.   The property consisted of a marina with boat slips, boat hoist, 6 restaurants, a sport fishing pier and numerous boat ride boats and fishing boats.  I was involved with intricate leases and sales of assets and worked closely with the City of Redondo Beach and its Mayor, City Council and Planning Commission.

I have successfully negotiated and closed many real estate transactions for personal investment and development in addition to the countless homes I have represented for my clients.  I always go way above and beyond for my clients because I am truly grateful for their business and friendship and can never thank them enough for placing their trust in me.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management which enables me to utilize all of the tools that I learned to make good business decisions for my clients so that they will get the very best deal possible.  I believe this is why most of my business is repeat clients as well as referrals.  

I have been working with my real estate partner, Kathy Pahlow, for over 15 years.  We both feel that we give our clients better service as a team and we make sure never to leave town at the same time so that one of us is always there when you need us!
